  • Foster unity among athletic training students across the state of Utah.

  • Provide opportunities for students to take on leadership roles within the profession.

  • Create a platform for students to be proactive in shaping their educational experience.

Announcements

The second UATA Student Symposium took place on March 29, 2025, at BYU. Students from BYU, the University of Utah, and Weber State enjoyed presentations from professionals in athletic training, strength and conditioning, Graston therapy, and sports massage.

Students teamed up for the popular “Team Olympics,” competing in ice bag making, taping, and a case study challenge. Many were returning attendees and appreciated the chance to connect with peers from other programs.

Save the Date: The next symposium will be held in Fall 2025—stay tuned!
